This Privacy Notice explains how Jennason, LLC (“Jennason,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through the public Jennason website, business communications, contact requests, website chat, and the Jennason customer documentation portal.
The private customer portal is hosted separately from the public site and uses controlled, credentialed access. Jennason uses service providers to support hosting, authentication, security, document storage, and related portal operations.

Information you provide
This can include your name, business email address, company, job information, website-chat content, contact-form content, project information, and other details you choose to provide.
Customer portal information
For the customer portal, Jennason may process account identifiers, customer organization, authorized solutions, sign-in records, document permissions, and basic access or download logs needed to operate, secure, and support the portal.
Technical information
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, timestamps, requested URLs, security events, and similar server-log information. The public site is designed without behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.
How information is used

- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and customer portal.

SMS messaging
Jennason may use SMS messaging as part of its website-chat and customer-care workflow. Website visitors communicate through the browser-based Jennason chat interface and are not required to provide a mobile phone number or receive SMS messages through that feature. Visitor chat messages may be relayed by SMS to an authorized Jennason representative, and that representative’s SMS replies may be routed back to the applicable browser chat session.
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent information are not sold and will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Jennason may provide limited mobile and message-routing information to service providers, such as telecommunications or messaging providers, only as reasonably necessary to deliver, route, secure, and support Jennason’s messaging service.
Message frequency varies based on website-chat and customer-care activity. Message and data rates may apply. Authorized SMS recipients may reply STOP to discontinue messages or HELP for assistance. Questions about Jennason SMS messaging may be sent to support@jennason.com.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including customer relationships, project records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Different records may have different retention periods.
Jennason uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet transmission, system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about the handling of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision.

International visitors

The website and customer portal are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Jennason does not knowingly seek personal information from children through this site.
